Bakers Delight Maryborough seeking an experienced and motivated Baker to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of Australia's most recognised bakery brands, producing high-quality artisan breads and bakery products while maintaining bakers delight's exceptional standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
- Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes.
- Monitor dough quality throughout the production process.
- Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise product waste.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production requirements.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas.
Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant full-time experience as a Baker.
- Relevant baking qualification (Certificate III in Baking or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Experience working in a commercial bakery environment.
- Strong knowledge of bread production techniques.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
