Casual Assistant Manager – AO Adult Store
About the role
As Casual Assistant Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the store and assist the Store Manager with maintaining a welcoming, organized and professional retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Assisting customers with product selection in a professional and discreet manner
- Supporting and supervising team members when required
- Opening and closing the store
- Processing sales, cash handling and general POS duties
- Restocking and maintaining merchandising standards
- Receiving and organizing stock
- Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
- Assisting with general administration and daily store operations
- Taking responsibility for the store during designated shifts
About you
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Reliable, mature and trustworthy
- Comfortable working in an adult retail environment
- Professional when discussing adult products with customers
- Able to work independently and make sensible decisions
- Organized with good attention to detail
- A strong communicator and team player
- Available across weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Aged 18 years or over
- Previous retail, supervisory or management experience will be highly regarded
