Our client is a global-leader of lifting solutions servicing a broad range of customers including manufacturing, industrial, shipyards, ports and terminals.
Due to growth we are seeking a Electrician to join our client's team to conduct service and maintenance on industrial equipment.
The role
- Attend customer sites to conduct inspections, service and repairs to equipment
- Conduct diagnostics for repairs
- Identify and order parts as required
- Attend to breakdowns as required
- Maintain service van stock levels
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies, procedures and instructions.
What we're looking for
- Electrical Trade
- Working at Heights and EWP Ticket
- Experience working in a similar or service role - installation, repairs & maintenance
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be physically fit (stamina and strength)
- Good level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the use of computer systems and web-based technologies
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
- A highly motivated self-starter
- You must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
