Accenture Australia is seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to lead the design, development and implementation of IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will focus on automating visibility into infrastructure, services and dependencies using modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.
You will implement and configure ITOM modules, work with stakeholders to gather requirements, and design health dashboards and integration.
