We are seeking experienced Restaurant Waitstaff to join our team at 8 At Trinity, a 300-seat waterfront restaurant located in Morisset, NSW.

About you:
- Relevant qualification or work experience in a similar position required.
- Ability to handle a busy section with multiple sittings per day.
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Wine knowledge preferable but not essential.
- Must be able to carry 3 plates.
- Fluent English and well-groomed.
- RSA Certificate essential.
- Experience on computerised POS systems.
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends (currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).
- Must be very well presented, reliable, and honest.
Salary Range for Senior Positions: $79,000 to $90,000
