Due to our expansion and growth in the business we are seeking to expand our team with experienced hospitality professionals.
We are seeking experienced a Restaurant Manager and a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

ABOUT YOU
- Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required, with relevant experience required in a similar position.
- Proven ability to oversee busy breakfast, lunch & dinner shifts whilerunning the front of house of the restaurant.
Show a continual desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment. Wine knowledge preferable but not essential. Must be able to carry 3 plates.
- Fluent English and well groomed RSA Certificate essential. Experience on computerised POS systems.
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays) Must be very well presented and well spoken, reliable and honest.
