Job Overview
We are excited to open a brand new store in Wangaratta in September 2026. As a Corporate Store Manager you will lead from the very beginning, building a strong team, creating an excellent customer experience, and driving store performance every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
- Take ownership of day‐to‐day store operations with supported decision making
- Lead, coach and develop your store team
- Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
- Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs
- Oversee store operations, stock and financial results
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Create a safe, positive and high‐performing team culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in fast‐paced customer service leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for developing people, culture and driving results
- Ability to balance customer experience, team leadership and commercial performance
- Resilience, proactiveness and a customer‐first mindset
- Multitasking abilities without losing focus

Remuneration
Base salary $77,030 plus 12% superannuation and up to 15% annual bonus.
