Join us in our Woree store in Cairns, where you'll gain the operational foundations and leadership capability needed to eventually run a store of your own.
This full-time role gives you hands‐on experience in all aspects of store performance, with the support of a Store Manager who will coach you every step of the way.
Your impact in store:
- Lead day‐to‐day store operations and customer service
- Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
- Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
- Help drive store performance and implement promotions
- Step up in the absence of the Store Manager
Your experience and mindset:
- Retail or hospitality experience
