As a Corporate Store Manager at 7-Eleven, you’ll lead your team, deliver great customer experiences and drive store performance every day.
You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, develop your people and take ownership of results while being backed by industry-leading training and support.
What you’ll be doing
- Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
- Take ownership of day-to-day store operations with supported decision making
- Lead, coach and develop your store team
- Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
- Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs
- Oversee store operations, stock and financial results
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Create a safe, positive and high-performing team culture
