As an Associate Store Leader at 7-Eleven, you will support the day-to-day operations, lead on shift and grow into a future Store Leader with structured development and hands-on experience, you'll build the skills to step into Store Leadership.
Every day, you'll help deliver great customer experiences through fresh food, quality coffee and everyday essentials that are available, presented well and ready for customers.
What you'll be doing
- Support the daily operations of the store
- Lead shifts when required and step up when the Store Manager is away
- Deliver great customer service and store standards including
- Help manage stock, product availability, fresh food and store presentation
- Work independently and keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, compliance and food safety standards
What we're looking for
- Experience in fast-paced customer service environments
- A desire to grow into leadership
- Strong communication and a proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Confidence in working independently
- CCTV, duress alarms and 24/7 support
