About the Role
As part of our friendly and supportive Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing invoicing, delivery coordination, and order amendments
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
What You'll Bring

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and administrative ability
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or a call centre environment will be highly regarded, but foodservice industry experience is not essential. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
