You'll work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams, vendors, and technical resources to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

- Support solution design across HR, payroll, and related business systems
- Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements and data flows
- Assess downstream impacts across systems, processes, and reporting
- Support testing, implementation, and business readiness activities
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Previous HRIS implementation experience within a complex organisation
- Strong business process analysis and process improvement experience
- Experience working with enterprise applications and system integrations
- Ability to understand and document API, interface, and data integration requirements
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience working with large and complex datasets

- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Highly Regarded
- Experience with Workday, Success Factors, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Chris21 or similar HR platforms
- Experience working on digital transformation or ERP programs
