Reporting to the Financial Controller, this newly created Finance Manager role will take ownership of the core financial accounting function and help build stronger processes, controls and reporting across the organisation.
This is a hands-on accounting role.
The immediate priority is getting the foundations right: improving month-end, strengthening balance sheet control, resolving accounting issues and making better use of the finance systems.
You'll lead a small local accounting team and oversee an offshore Accounts Payable function, with responsibilities including:

- Review complex payroll accounting, journals, accruals and reconciliations.
- Identify weaknesses across systems and processes, particularly within Net Suite and payroll.
- Support audit, statutory and compliance requirements.
- Coach and develop the financial accounting team.
There is a significant improvement agenda ahead.
Success will mean creating a finance function that produces accurate, reliable information quickly and gives the wider business confidence in the numbers.
