Project Administrator - Construction SEQ Projects
Working closely with the project team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure project activities, documentation and reporting are managed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, enjoys working with subcontractors and suppliers, and takes pride in keeping project documentation, systems and processes running smoothly. This is an immediate contract opportunity!
Key responsibilities
Managing project inboxes, including procurement and invoices
Coordinating accounts payable reviews and monitoring invoice approvals
Preparing weekly correspondence and letters for the client
Supporting Contract Administrators with supplier follow-ups and tender close-outs
Chasing outstanding dockets, verification records and project documentation
Assisting with subcontractor queries and general project administration
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met
About you
Organised and proactive
Experience in project administration or procurement administration
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
If you have experience with procurement, accounts payable or subcontractor management systems we would love to hear from you. Familiarity with platforms such as SEO, Procur-E would be advantageous,
