4 Pines Torquay is seeking a motivated Venue Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our coastal venue with 140 seats, seven days a week for lunch and dinner. You'll report to the Hospo Operations Manager and be the face of the brand in Torquay, driving guest experience, cost control, and team performance.
You'll bring at least 2 years of venue management, strong leadership, staff development, and a hands-on hospitality mindset.
