This full-time Store person role with 3S Lighting is based in Somersby, NSW. The responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing parts for production orders
- Receipting inbound stock and putting it away accurately
- Preparing freight for courier despatch
- Performing stock counts and general warehouse duties
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised and safe
- Unloading and loading delivery trucks in a timely and safe manner
- Picking components against bills of materials (BOMs)
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving incoming stock, checking against purchase orders/delivery dockets, and putting away in correct storage locations
- Organising and managing warehouse storage areas
- Adhering to all health, safety and quality control procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Keeping work areas clear, tidy and free of hazards
About you:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically capable of manual handling, lifting, and repetitive picking tasks
- Ability to lift weights up to 25kg as part of manual handling duties
- Must possess a current Class LF forklift licence
- Ability to read and work from bills of materials (BOMs), parts lists
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory/stock management systems
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities — balancing production schedules against urgent requests
- Must have valid Australian work rights
