Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
- Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
- Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 15kgs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates).
We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $35 per hour.
However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $35 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
