Key responsibilities
Greeting and seating guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serving meals and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail
Clearing tables promptly and maintaining a clean dining environment
Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions responsibly
Responding to guest requests and concerns with patience and courtesy
Assisting with food preparation and kitchen support as required
Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
