As Home Care Service Manager, you'll oversee day‐to‐day service delivery, support and develop your team, and help identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and supporting a team to deliver consistent, high‐quality home care services.
- Overseeing client services, care coordination and day‐to‐day operational activities.
- Supporting effective care planning, service reviews and appropriate utilisation of client funding.
- Monitoring service delivery, client satisfaction and team performance.
- Managing complex client matters and supporting positive outcomes for clients and families.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and service quality.
- Building relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders to support business growth.
- Contributing to compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.

About you:
You're an experienced home care professional who understands the importance of delivering excellent services while supporting a capable, motivated team.
Approachable, organised and solutions‐focused, you're comfortable managing competing priorities, resolving challenges and building relationships that support both clients and the business.
You'll bring:
- Experience in home care management, care coordination or a similar leadership position.
- Strong understanding of home care service delivery, care planning and client funding.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
- Sound knowledge of aged care quality requirements, compliance and risk management.
- Confidence managing client relationships, complex matters and service improvements.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development and sustainable growth.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem‐solving skills.
A nursing or clinical background would be advantageous but is not essential. Your home care knowledge, leadership capability and ability to deliver quality services are what matter most.
