3D Recruit Geelong is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Care Partner – Home Care role. You will manage a portfolio of home care clients, build relationships with clients and families, assess needs and coordinate services to support independence.
You'll work Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with some flexibility. You'll operate within a national network, access clinical guidance, and provide hands-on nursing when required. AHPRA registration is essential.
