  • The opportunity to bring your own ideas to life and genuinely influence how services are designed and delivered.
  • An established team and access to experienced clinical leadership and support.
  • A role that values creativity, commercial thinking and meaningful client outcomes.
  • The chance to develop new community partnerships and contribute to the ongoing growth of the service.

About you:

  • A genuine understanding of person-centred service delivery and the importance of creating meaningful, positive experiences.
  • Creative and innovative, with demonstrated success developing or improving services, programs or customer experiences.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, build referral relationships and manage operational performance.
  • Confident using data, feedback and performance measures to evaluate outcomes and drive improvements.
  • An engaging and approachable leader who sets clear expectations, empowers their team and encourages new ideas.
  • Strong communication, networking and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive and comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with longer-term service development.

A clinical qualification is not essential, with experienced clinical support available.
