  • Coaching managers: Be the P&C adviser for managers, building their confidence to manage performance, feedback and employee development.

  • Employee relations and compliance: Manage day to day employee relations, ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant Modern Awards, and maintain HR policies and documentation.

  • Engagement and culture: Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, wellbeing, recognition and learning.

  • People insight: Provide the COO with clear visibility of people metrics, risks and priorities, while continually improving P&C systems and processes.
