316 Plumbing is on the hunt for a legend of a plumber.
We are a well-known and reputable Plumbing company in the Camden region and amongst suppliers, and our business is booming.
We've got so many projects on the go, with more in the pipeline, that we need another pair of hands.
We have big plans to end 2026 with a BANG and plans to have an even bigger 2027!

Here's what we need from you
- Drivers Licence
- White card
- No criminal convictions
- Experience using excavators would be an advantage but not essential
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial plumbing
- Run multiple jobs with minimal to no assistance
- Ensure deadlines and budgets are met with little to no defects
- Can confidently manage a team and teach apprentices
- Plan each job, including ensuring material is on site on time
- Have your own set of hand tools and steel cap boots
- Comply with plumbing standards and regulations, ensuring quality control measures are carried out
- Honest, trustworthy, motivated and a team player
- Well-presented and articulate; great people skills and customer service
- Determined, ambitious, driven to succeed and enthusiastic
- Provide high-quality work and be professional
- Eagerness to grow in our company and help us to grow along the way
- Passionate and committed to contributing to excellence in the business
- Have fun, enjoy and be proud of what you achieve in your work daily
