Are you an experienced Auto Electrician, Mechanic or Bus Air Conditioning specialist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team at 22 Celsius, a leading provider of bus A/C in Ballarat & Melbourne. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the air conditioning systems of a variety of buses, at bus depots around Melbourne and our depot in Ballarat.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnose, repair and maintain air conditioning systems in buses.
- Install, service and repair a wide range of automotive electrical components and systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on A/C systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
- Working at different bus depots around Ballarat & Melbourne.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive A/C technologies and techniques.
What we're looking for:
- Formal qualifications in automotive electrical/mechanical or air conditioning.
- Any experience as an Auto Electrician, Mechanic or Bus Air Conditioning specialist.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence.
- Must be living in Victoria and able to work in Australia. Anyone who requires a work visa must be able to provide a copy.
- The job may include overnight travel occasionally.
