W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Wheels Attendants (Porter). Our Wheels Attendant takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provide our guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get.
You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
- Experience with Opera property management system
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energised in a fast-paced environment
- Brings a passionate, audacious, playful and polished personality
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Must be available to work AM and PM Shifts
- Holds a valid driver’s license
- Confidence with driving and parking cars
