1300SMILES Smithfield in Cairns is seeking a friendly, organised Casual Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy practice in Smithfield Shopping Centre.
As the first point of contact by phone, online or in person, you’ll help keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every patient feels cared for.
You’ll work with our dentists and front office team to create a great patient experience, handle payments and health fund claims, and support day-to-day operations.
