Your Role
As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important part in delivering the personalised service our customers know us for, especially during one of the busiest times of the year.
You’ll:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service
- Help customers discover eyewear that complements their style and meets their needs
- Keep the store beautifully presented, organised and inviting
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and service goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience (essential)
- A genuine interest in fashion, styling and premium brands
- A friendly, confident personality and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Optical Experience is an advantage
