The Role
As a Quarry Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily mining & crushing operations to ensure the efficient and safe production of aggregates. You will manage a team, monitor production processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet business goals. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be multi-faceted and be responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.

In your new role, you will:

• Have experience in quarrying, mining, or a related industry (supervisory experience preferred)
• Have coached and developed your team with a focus on production enhancement and improvement
• Be results focused, self-motivated and have a total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm
• Have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
• Be a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure
• Possess a continuous improvement mindset
• Maintain a positive presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
