About You
You are a relationship-focused, highly organised and confident engagement professional who is passionate about building communities and creating meaningful stakeholder experiences. With a strategic mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy using data-driven approaches to strengthen engagement outcomes and deliver measurable results.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, communications, marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop engaging content across multiple channels.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and a track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders, with the confidence to engage and communicate with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, multitask effectively and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment, while coordinating and delivering events and engagement activities.
- Experience with Client Relationship Management systems (highly regarded).
The ideal candidate will also hold qualifications in communications, media studies, marketing, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training.
